It is imperative that you put your order number in when transferring funds to CDT. NOTE: After receiving your CDT Card and password, fill out and fax the S21 form immediately to increase your load limits. If you have a US Bank account and valid ID you may now pay over the phone with one of our Customer Service Reps. Our CSR's will Approve your order immediately upon receiving payment and there are No Merchant Fees! .
Visa and MasterCard payments can only be used for DTP Plus, Feeder Plus, Shipping and paying for the Balance of you Diamond Deposit. If you are placing and order at the CDT store, please indicate your order number on the authorization form. Example: User ID/Order Number: Order # 345 |

Certified Cheque (c/c) and Money Order (m/o) Payment Please make certified cheques payable to Canadian Diamond Traders Inc. Certified cheques may be sent in the regular mail, courier, or personally dropped off at the CDT office listed below. Please ensure you put your User ID or Order Number on the c/c or m/o. If you are paying for more than one account please create and order first, then right you order number on the c/c or m/o.

Online/Telephone Bill Payment (In
Canada)
If you are enrolled for Internet/Telephone Banking with your financial institution, you may use it to send a bill payment to Canadian Diamond Traders Inc. for your purchases. You must place an order at the CDT Store (www.cdtforever.com/cdtstore) prior to sending your bill payment. Make sure to include your Order Number in the Account Number field. If you do not have an Order Number, please go to the CDT Store and create an order now. At the end of the check out process you will have the option to use out Secure Online Bill Payment system and upon completion, your order will be approved instantly. For support with this method of payment Click Here These are the necessary steps to complete a bill payment.
1) Add CDT to your payee list: Call or Visit the website of your financial institution. Click on Online Banking Pay Bills Create/Update payee list Add new payee Enter payee name: Canadian Diamond Traders Click on Search The full company name should come up: Canadian Diamond Traders Inc. Click on Continue Enter your CDT Account Number (Order Number) eg. Order # 7364 Click on Confirm Now Canadian Diamond Traders has been added to your payee list.
2) To make your purchase: Click on Pay Bills Choose the payee (Canadian Diamond Traders) Enter the purchase amount in Canadian dollars (Please verify exchange rate with CDT) Select your account the purchase amount will be deducted from (FROM) Select the date you would like this payment to be made. SUBMIT.
CDT will approve your Order in 24 hours of you making the bill payment.
NOTE: If you are making a subsequent payment for another Order, please update the Order Number in the Payee profile.
Transfer Funds
After you have opened and loaded your Epassporte account successfully:
1) Sign in to your Epassporte account. 2) Click TRANSFER FUNDS from the menu. 3) Click Send money to another account. To send money to CANADIAN DIAMOND TRADERS, simply enter OUR User ID ( CDTINC or CDTINC1) in the Recipient Field and indicate the purchase amount in the Amount field. In the message section ENSURE you list the User ID or Order Number for which the payment is for. Example: Your current balance is : $1000.00
Click continue and confirm the payment. CDT will receive a confirmation of your payment immediately from Epassporte, your payment will be processed in 24 hours.
Wire payments directly to Canadian Diamond Traders. You must place an order at the CDT Store (www.cdtforerver.com/cdtstore) prior to sending your wire. Make sure to include your order number in the wire instructions as a reference number with your bank. Confirm you have sent enough funds to cover your wire fees and the order. All wires must be directed to the following account:

You may check your order status in the CDT Store at any time to find out when your order has been approved.
If you currently have a credit in your CDT account due to paying for the balance of your diamond or earning marketing fees , you may make purchases by Scooping from your CDT account. We will deduct the total of the purchases from your account (UserID). To Scoop from your account, make a purchase at the CDT store. Your account number during check out is the User ID you are Scooping the funds from. Please make a note in the Order Comments which UserID you are scopping from. A representative will confirm available funds and process your request. You may check your order status in the CDT Store at any time to find out when your order has been approved. Scoops are generally approved within 24 hours.
