Create testimonial by microphone or adding Mp3!

For all IDT members who wants to post their live testimonial :

YOUR OWN VOICE : we just created a Small Voice Recorder , download it here , Unzip the package and just run record.exe . record your voice by microphone or just simply from a existing wave file , and than upload and place the Generated SWF file from your computer ( the SWF name is flashMP3.swf and will be placed in Data directory ) to your replicator space . the SWF has play button on it . so you can place this SWF to any page you like . the good point is that the generated SWF file has small file size and has high quality voice . please post comment if you have any question .

USING OUR TESTIMONIALS : you can access to Testimonial Center section by adding our official MP3 Player to your page . within editor when you editing/adding entries , pages ,.... find these on your editor . click on FLASH Button and Browse server . you will see Testimonial Center section Player . simply click on it and it will be placed to your current editing page . resize the player as you wish ( should big enough to show MP3s on it ... ) than save your page .

Adding Custom MP3 : you can add MP3 files to your replicator space , go to File and Media manager in replicator back-office , upload some MP3 ( testimonials,... ) than simply find "GENERATE MP3 play list " . all MP3s currently at that directory will be added to a play list with a new PLAYER . find mp3player.swf at that directory and just click on it . the player will be added to your page . you can do this including ( Pages, entries , community post , Newsletter , private messaging ... ) . you can have 1 player per directory . so you can have unlimited play list within your replicator space . IE : I added a directory in my replicator space by Create Directory button , I uploaded 2 Music ( MP3 ) on it and I generated play list by Generate Play List button .here is result :

Even you can send your whole Play List to email , PM ..., or when you want send email to your subscribers and almost any where in this community . to upload MP3 , you need Space !! , remember you can Increase your space by Transferring from other accounts by Manage Space in back-office . so it's not bad if you have 10 accounts . you can have 20MB space .

We will post detail Help section for replicator system ASAP , we provided all tools you need for your marketing . just discover the possibilities.

Add page : a page is complete dynamic entry where you can add to your main site menu . pages instead of entries will be listed alphabetically ( not based on Published Date ) and can fully design and edited via Html editor below . all pages also can be searched trough your site . Usually pages include permanent entry for you site .About me is good example of page title.

Add entry ( MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITY ): an entry is on-line shared diary where you can publish diary entries about your personal or experiences about CDT . These chronological entries usually included of links, images, testimonials ... and subjects with personal remarks by you which will be shown in your replicator area. By the time these entries will be archived and will be shown in your Replicator Calendar. If you enable commenting for entries, everybody can write an explanatory note for your entry. All entries can be searched trough your site. when you create an entry ,it's better to arrange all of those entries in groups . placing related entry into a category ( you can edit categories in back office will help you to classify all related entry to one particular Subject . also Visitors can directly view all Entries stored in categories .

Visitors can Subscribe to your site : you can send any of our newsletters, your newsletter or updates and most important your Marketing materials ( can be 100 MBs of Testimonial Voice , Detailed catalog, your special publication containing details of CDT DTP system , IDT activities , ....) delivered to your subscriber's e-mail inbox . subscribers can listen to all testimonials within their favorite email program without downloading actual MP3s ! . when a visitor, IDTs subscribe to your site , they will automatically get an email from your site with a verification link , so they can verify their email before they get email . also an subscribe link to the bottom of the email will help them to unsubscribe . you can use CDT Official Newsletter as your design template , and than modify the content . these Templates available in EDITOR ( see back office ) . you can access to the official CDT templates ( Newsletter ) by browsing template button which can be found in Editor .( see Backoffice ) these templates usually used for Newsletter and mass email marketing . we will try to add more template in the future .

Read your Site statistics in your back office : Total Number of Entries ,Posts Over Last 30 Days ,Average Posts Per Day ,Total Comments,Total Views,Total Subscribers,Top Views,Category Stats,Top Entries by Comments,Top Categories by Comments and finally the most important Top search term will be available in your back office . IE : search term will help you Who is looking for What ?

Media and Document management : You can upload files (Audio - Video SWF files - Flash presentation, Images, MP3 Player , MP3 , VIDEO , images , PPT , PDF ) to your replicator space. you can access these files almost anywhere that you access to your space within your site address . You can place your media by Browse server button available in editor toolbar. . this will help you to access the same personal space and put material you just uploaded to your ( Blog Entries, comments , Pages , ... and almost every where you access to the Editor,even Community posts ... ) . also for designing your page ( mostly Entries, pages , ... and also your HTML files ) you can access to the large set of Graphical ICONS which we used to create the CDT community. These icons will help you to design your page in nice way. Best part is that you don't need to upload these icons. You can simply drag and drop your icons to your editor as needed. find in Backoffice .

File manager : You can create HTML files ( Fully editable ) , create Directory , Generate MP3 Play list ( Testimonials ) , Edit Graphics and pictures ( resize ,... ) in File and Media management in your Backoffice .File and Media management will help you to organize your file exactly like the way you manage your files in your computer . even you can upload ZIP files to your space and Unzip files to your replicator space . With Document management facility you don't need to be a Programmer or site designer , everything is available to help you create,update,manage your files . even you can COPY / MOVE / RENAME file and directories to your space .

Transfer your Existing web pages from your website to your Replicator Site : 1 ) Add new Page to your site , 2 ) in editor select SOURCE and than easily COPY and PASTE the source of your web pages to Editor content . switch to design mode , everything will be shown exactly as you expect . 3 ) Optional : if your web pages has picture , you can first upload / update the pictures to your space and than you can place images any where you wish in your new page . 4) save your page .

Increase your replicator Space : by default every IDT get 2MB of space for each DTP account . you can transfer space from your other DTP account(s) to your replicator space . we have seen some IDT has been transferred 120 MBs of space in their current space . this will help you to work and use only one userID for your website address , and still can use space of your other accounts .

All users that depends on old browsers are invited to upgrade. remember the best resolution for our system is 1024*768 and you should have the latest Internet Explorer .
