DT:      Instead of me going on the internet making a whole bunch of noise about it, forcing you to sue me, why don’t we just quietly do this, alright? You take me to court, sue me, and I’ll agree with your facts. You guarantee me $200,000 if I lose, and then I’ll come on board with you.
J:          So I’m going to sue you and when you lose, I’m going to pay you?
DT:      You pay me $200,000 if I lose and I come and work for you.
J:          I think you’re crazy.
DT:      You think about it, this is the best advertisement you would ever get.
J:          That’s not the best advertising I would ever get. I could get a lot better advertising for $200,000.
DT:      Listen to me, you have to go to court to show me because I...
J:          You said you were going to talk to your lawyer, did you speak to him?
DT:      Hang on, no, he’s gone today. This is what I thought, just hear me out then think about it, ok? This is the way it would work. We go into court, quietly, we don’t make any noise, I’m satisfied. The judge says it’s legal, I’m satisfied. You have no qualms that it’s legal, anyway I’m not going to be able to prove it’s illegal if it isn’t. You give me your argument; we prove that it’s legal. Then I’m the best advertising you can get, you say we went to court, this is the best due diligence you could ever do. This is what I did, I find out I was wrong. Hey, I like money like everybody else; it’s just that I’m the guy going to be on stage for you. You see I’m the guy that tried to have this thing declared illegal and the courts said it was legal. And it’s a legal business and I was wrong. And I’m here to tell you I’m wrong.
J:          So what is the reason you don’t want to speak to your lawyer about it anymore?
DT:      I can’t get my lawyer.
J:          Find another lawyer.
DT:      Well except that’s what his specialty is, business law, pretty hard to get these guys unless you know one.
J:          You can go to the law society and you can find a number of them. I don’t want to recommend one because you will say I’ll pay them off so go to the law society and ask them for a recommendation and they’ll do it for free.
DT:      Yeah, it’s going to cost me, this guy is doing it for free, but if you want to give me a couple of grand, I can go see him tomorrow.
J:          K, I want you to understand this, if we take you to court, we’re not taking you to court to get you to work for us, if we take you to court, we’re taking you to court to take the shirt off your back.
DT:      But what I’m saying to you...
J:          I understand what you’re saying, that if we prove in court yadda yadda yadda but if we sue you, the proceeding is going to be with regards to the damage you caused and how much you’re going to have to fork out of your pocket and the shirt that you’re going to have to take off of your back to satisfy us.
DT:      On the other hand, I can do a lot for you.
J:          Well, this is the way I look at it Dave: I think that, in fact, I feel like you’ve been exposed.
DT:      You think about it, you take me to court; we go quietly to court...
J:          I’m telling you, if I take you to court, it’s not going to be in your interest...
DT:      Why wouldn’t you want to do that? It’s only going to cost you a little bit of money. We go to court, quietly, we don’t make a big deal about it, and you get your decision.
